Quotes & Pricing

Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Access to the Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the location at the scheduled time. If access is not available, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

HomeCleanersNYC.com is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, unsecured items, or normal wear and tear. Please notify us of fragile or high-value items before service.
