They are similar in detail level, but Move-In / Move-Out cleaning is specifically tailored for empty or near-empty spaces and focuses on preparing the home for a handoff. Deep cleaning is often done in lived-in homes and may be customized around furniture and daily use.

It’s best if the home is empty or mostly cleared out, since it allows us to clean floors, corners, and surfaces more thoroughly. If items remain, we can still clean around them, but results may be limited in blocked areas.

Timing depends on the size and condition of the space. Empty apartments are often faster to clean thoroughly, but heavy build-up or add-ons (like inside appliances) can increase the time.

No. Many clients provide access instructions and are not present during service. As long as we can safely access the property, you do not need to be there.
